In my year of experience with Manning's, I have transitioned from doing front office administrative work to dispatching trucks and booking freight. I have had three great trainers that have showed me the path to being a great dispatcher. Over the last year I have attended two golf outings where I was able to meet with some of our customers. This was a wonderful opportunity to get to know them in an environment outside of work. I have also attended an Organizational Excellence seminar and learned tips on how to better organize our time at work. Manning's Truck Brokerage is a fun place to work and has a laid-back environment. The people that work here are great people to be around and we always keep each other on our toes.
